A wonderful way to greet the day would be opening up the email inbox to find out about the upcoming release of Real Fighting Greasebat, in it's third (and most "realistic" looking) colorway from Monster Worship! "Cast in a chocolaty brown vinyl, highlighted with a tan face and crème eyes, metallic Gold horns and Gold accent sprays."
Scheduled for a release Friday Feb 18th, 6pm EST via www.monsterworship.com, RFG Greasebat stands approx. 7" tall with three points of articulation, and comes priced at US$75. Also note that this release will include a screen printed Valentine’s Day Card with new artwork from Greasebat-creator Jeff Lamm.
Green Eyed and Grumpy Sprogs by UK-creator Cris Rose will see a Valentines' Day release on February 14th (though "entirely co-incidental" as Cris would exclaim) online via crisrose.bigcartel.com. Sporting glossy black bodies and grumpy green eyes, these Sprogs are all dressed up with no place to go. Made up of Rourke, Rockford, Renold, Reason and Remedy, all are limited to just 2 with a single Clear Vision Mk1. The 10 Sprogs priced at US$50 each (+ shipping) and sold blind, the Clear Vision Mk1 is US$150 (+ shipping). All items are painted and ready to ship.
Know that Sprogs are 2.5" handpainted resin robots, Clear Vision is a 4" hybrid vinyl/resin custom Mini Munny. With the Chinese New Year, Keith Poon has painted a special edition of the Dragon Warrior - aptly dubbed the "Red Dragon". Keith also mentions: "The color of Red & Gold in Chinese culture means good luck, I also painted a Dragon with a symbol (which is 4 Chinese words combined together) on the box that will bring you good luck in the coming Year."
