Announcing: Taipei Toy Festival 2011 (July 7-10)

The 2011 Taipei Toy Festival now has a fixed scheduled from July 7th till July 10th (www.taipeitoyfestival.com) and the poster stars a classic character Old Master Q getting himself all outfitted with cybernetic-parts and zooming in closer to the Pizza-UFO! Go, Cyborg-Q, GO! (Pretty cool the organizers have embraced an Eastern comicbook-character in their poster this year, IMHO).

Organized by Monster Taipei of Taiwan, check out their Facebook-page for updates (most times in Chinese/Mandarin, so be prepared). Entering into it's 8th year, TTF had always been in one of my "cons to-do" lists (along with SDCC and NYCC), and as well one of the only other key convention/fairs in the Eastern region, so it'll be interesting to see what the event holds for this year.
