Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy” is slated for an August 1, 2014 release in the U.S. We've seen the concept art before, and here's hoping this'll be something interesting for the coming days. Check out images below of the GotG-display at SDCC (all images via SHH):

A lot of talk has this being poised to become the "Star Wars" property of Marvel ("outer space" does not automatically become "SW", people! lol) so "toys-wise", I'd expect Hasbro to come up with regular action figures, nothing to rave about but for tons of accessories and space vehicles, perhaps. Would be interesting of Funko or Hot Toys picks this property up tho, THEN there might be something worth raving about hahaha

Me, I'm seriously wondering is if there is Cosmo The Dog (although somehow I doubt it, as there's already a raccoon - and a surprisingly skinny and non-furry one too … not too sure about that tho am so not looking forward to Rocket Raccoon now tho).
