STILLNESS Exhibition @ Thailand Toy Expo 2014

Select mages of Alan Ng of Fools Paradise exhibition at Thailand Toy Expo named "STILLNESS" (Teased) - featuring his interpretation of pop culture characters, via his bare-breasted "Keiko" - seen here as "Cat Woman" on the back of a y-fronted Batman, as 'Star Wars' Boba Fett - known as "Boba K" is the next product figure, but my fav has to be the "Attack on Titan' Colossal Titan x Darth Vader crossover! Not to mention the event exclusive "Confession" Set (with JP Toys).






On show were also half-body/half-skeleton sculpts, which reminded me of General Zoo collectibles from a while back … and the upside-down suspended character gave off sweet dire vibes ala Jeremy Geddes' "Floating Astronauts" often seen in his paintings … and another interesting figure on display is what i assume to be Alan's interpretation of The Monkey King, something more "aggressive" than his current offerings seen from Fools Paradise, IMHO.
