Toy Review: 4" Rude Copper by Apologies To Banksy
Further to my earlier toy review of a 6"-tall RUDE COPPER vinyl collectible from Apologies To Banksy, in this post we take a look at the new size of the figure, standing 4" tall!
Available in either Singles or via "blind box" pull via http://apologiestobanksy.com/, they are priced at £7.99 each. The main difference between blind box and singles, are that there is a additional chance to score a 500pcs limited edition "zebra" print, unavailable for single sales. Check out the screen-shot below for choice of colors.
Here are montaged turnarounds of the box, with new printing and designs - which I liked since my earlier review. ATB has standardized the packaging box for all, which works fine for me, IMHO.
I had opened a "blind box" for purpose of this review, and was greeted with a sealed silver foil, and scored me a Orange colored piece within! And while the photo colors might look a tad "contrasty" here, the reality is, the orange itself is pretty intense and I could not be happier with this pull!
Very intrigued about the glossy black version now … LOL
The 4-inches tall piece is a single vinyl piece, hollow and non-articulated, very much like it's 6" tall brethren. Personally to me, a lot of a toys' "comfort" level (for me), relies on the piece being held "in-hand", and this was a pretty decent piece to be had, IMHO. Check out the images of it alongside other figures of the size range, and judge for yourselves if it fits into your collection :)
